We chose to build a home with Classic Custom Homes in 2014 and totally enjoyed working with Ray Spencer, from the purchase of the lot to final construction. We found him to very knowledgeable, truthful in his explanation of construction details and just very helpful in general. His construction manager Scott Ochwat, was also very knowledgeable during the construction phase and was helpful in solving construction problems and answering questions. We were right on budget when construction was finished.
