Our Team
The Classic Custom Builders team consists of three key parts:
Ray Spencer: Our founder and president, Ray, has been in the home building and development business since 1981. He loves having the opportunity to help clients see their dream home come to life, personalized just for them.
Scott Ochwat: Scott is our Construction Manager, which means he's in charge of making sure that each home we build is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. He has been with Classic Custom Builders since 1991 and is a vital part of what we do.
Karen Jones: Karen is Classic Custom Builders' Interior Design expert. She possesses amazing attention to detail and a true gift for understanding her clients' design styles. Karen has been an invaluable part of the team since the very beginning.
