On Your Lot

If you already have (or will have) your own lot, we would be happy to build your new home on your lot. Although the cost of materials and labor would not normally vary from one subdivision to another, the cost of permits, fees and subdivision specific requirements always vary. Soil conditions, lot topography and accessibility also affect the costs. We can help you understand all of these variances.

We also can help you aquire a lot in almost any subdivision in the area. For example, we are currently working with the following subdivisions;

Under the Price List link to the left, you will find our "off-site" price list. These prices are for home only – they do not include a lot, financing or any adjustments specific to the ground the home will be built on. As a starting place, they are based on permits and fees in a subdivision we are currently building in – our basis in calculating the variable cost to build on your lot.
